Theory introduction: Use the industrial MCU as the host controller. By sensing the ambient temperature, the voltage and current of battery and solar panel, the controller switches the MOSFET on or off to achieve the function of control and protection.
1.Battery Reversed protection : If the "+" and "-" polarity reversed, please replace the fuse.
2.Solar Panel Reversed protection: If the "+" and "-" polarity reversed, please replace the polarity.
3.Overload and short circuit protection: If it happens that the load exceeds rated current or load short circuit, please replace the fuse.
4.Battery Open-circuited protection: When battery open-circuited, but the solar cell charging normally, the controller will cut off the load.
5.Overcharge protection: When the battery voltage is higher than protection voltage (14.4V/28.8V/57.6V), the controller will shut down charging automatically. When the voltage drops to the recovery voltage (13.5V/27.0V/54.0V), the battery goes into the floating charging mode. When the charging voltage is lower than recovery voltage (13.3V/26.6V/53.2V), the floating charging mode will be ended, and the bulk charging mode will be activated.
6.When the battery voltage goes under protection voltage, the controller will shut down the output automatically to protect the battery.
7.Over-voltage protection: When the voltage is higher than 16.5V/33V, the output will be shut down automatically to protect loads.
The 4 LED of controller are match to the battery power and display the charging state, all lighting when the battery is full. To prevent the wrong action, under voltage protection, under voltage recovery and over pressure recovery have 10 seconds delay. Over voltage protection has no delay.
System provides precise timing function. Please refer to the supplemental information. The intensify type can be able to save the data after the power-down.
Accessories：A fuse. The 10A controller uses 15A fuse, while 20A controller uses 30A fuse.
