A rock splitter machine is composed of one powe pack  + hoses  +  cylinders.  The machine is operated by electrical power of 220Voltt, 50/60HZ 

 

The power pack produces over 1,400 kgf/cm2 pressure.

This pressure is expanding the hole walls of 4 or 6  predrilled holes.  Usually the rock drills are used for making holes of  85mm diameter cylinders( If you are using 85mm cylinders, you need to make holes of 95-100 mm diameter.  Each cylinder has  11 pistons in its body.

 

The hoses are connecting oil pressure through its small holes to cylinders. Our rock splitter is needed where you cannot use explosives for rock removal.

 

Hydraulic rock demolition is most economical way of rock splitting as far as the size of rock work is rather big.
