Physical Property:
FRD-CX2 is a new type flame retardant with excellent heat stability which will not bring the decomposition of the copolymer and will not affect the molding of plastic during the processing and manufacturing. Otherwise, this product will not volatilize during the processing of the heat molding plastic copolymer, which providing the excellent heat stability of the application. The product also has the excellent mechanical property and weather resistance ability. The copolymer treated with Aluminum Hypophosphite has good fireproof ability, according the standard of UL94, the fireproof grade of the copolymer reaches VO with the thickness of 0.8mm. And according to the IEC61335-775, the treated copolymer also could pass the test of GWIT with the thickness of 1mm.

Application:
This product is the halogen free flame retardant which could be applied in the thermoplastic elastomer such as, SEBS, TPU and SBS. It could maintain the high heat stability, mechanical property, weather resistance ability and electrical property with excellent fireproof ability. It also could be applied in ABS and PP.

General Information
ED-32 is compound fat alcohol ester that the long chain fatty acid complex with fatty alcohol ester. It can improve mobility and prevent adherence during processing. Incompatible with lead stabilizer.
 
Application
It is widely used in rigid and soft PVC production and plasticization. Applied in non-transparent products.
The Recommended dosage is 0.5-1.5phr for rigid/soft PVC products0.05-2.0phr for PVC plasticization process.1.6-2.0 phr for rigid PVC plate.

General Information
ACR ED-401 series are white amorphous powders. They have good weather resistance, high impact-resisting strength, heat stability, and low percent thermal shrinkage, can promote plastication of PVC resin, decrease process temperature and brings excellent surface quality to finished products.
 
Application
ED-401A is mainly used in producing PVC transparent sheets, films, etc.
ED-401B is general purpose and suitable for PVC profiles, pipes and fittings, etc.
ED-401C is suitable for producing PVC foam-sheet, foam pipes, decorating plates, etc.
The recommended dosage is 1-4 phr for 100 phr PVC resin.
ED-401D is suitable to all kinds of products of PVC, such as rigid calendered film and sheets, rigid bottles, window profiles etc.

The recommended dosage is 0.5-1 phr for 100 phr PVC resin.

ED-G78 is high efficient and intensified compound PVC external lubricant containing metal salts. It is well compatible with PVC resin and all kinds of stabilizers . It can improve free fluidity, stability and surface luster of products. Non-toxic. It is equivalent to related products of Henkel.
 
Application
ED-G78 is suitable for transparent products. It is widely used in PVC processing, such as granules, rigid sheets, compressed thin films and shrinkable films, food and medicine packaging, water supply pipes, etc.
The Recommended dosage is 0.3-1.0 phr for 100 phr PVC resin.
