Stem-guided valve &Tri-arm seat
Features- greater fluid flow than four-arm seats, as well as it features an extra wide metal to metal seal on the valve flange,. The serrated upper surface on the valve gives a longer non-breathing seal between valve body and insert while the rigid seat cross-arms give greater strength and positive sealing. The strong, thick, valve knock off nut holds the insert tightly reducing flex and breathing which lessens the chance of foreign matter getting between valve and insert.

Innovative unibody Four-wing guided valve & Full open
seat valve design eliminates snap rings, plates or keepers providing reduced maintenance by snap-on valve inserts and easy installation. This combination will handle lost circulation material better than most conventional style valves and seats while the seating angle greatly improves flow characteristics and the heavy-duty load bearing capacity greatly improves service life.
The unibody forged Four-wing guided valve & Full open
seat features greater strength than traditional welded-wing valve. Innovative unibody valve design eliminates snap rings, plates or keepers providing reduced maintenance by snap-on valve inserts and easy installation.
We offer four different types of liners as per API standard for all popular pumps to suit any drilling conditions, including premium chromium liners, ceramic liners, chromium-plated liners and hardened liners.
1) Premium Chromium Liners: Premium liners combine the strength of a forged steel out shell with the abrasion and corrosion resistance of a high chromium iron inner sleeve. These liners feature a centrifugally cast high chrome iron sleeve which is machined and heat treated to a minimum uniform bore hardness of 62RC. Each liner is machined to close tolerance to assure ease of installation and long liner life with the inside diameter of these premium liners honed to a mirror-like finish for smooth even wear during the life superior performance under tough corrosive and abrasive conditions.
2) Ceramic Liners: Ceramic liners combine the strength of a forged steel out shell with the abrasion and corrosion resistance of a ceramic inner sleeve. We provide Zirconia(ZrO3) sleeves as well as Alumina(AL2O3) sleeves of which Zirconia exhibits better impact strength, higher hardness and can be honed to finer surface finishes than alumina.
3) Chromium-plated Liners: We offer chromium-plated liners made from premium forged steel with the core plated by chrome. The chrome-plated liners have hardening characteristics of 58 to 62 Rockwell C hardness. Material is 45# forged steel, tensile strength is larger than 450MPA, elongation is larger than 17%,hardness is HRC180-200. The bore is plated by chrome, thickness is 0.15-0.18mm, hardness is HRC 58-60.
4) Hardened liners: Hardened liners offer economy in a liner that is made for normal to mildly corrosive mud conditions. These liners are hardened and heat treated under strict quality control to a minimum of 60 RC hardness and a depth of 125 inches. Each liner is honed to a mirror-like finish for smooth and even wear during the life of the liner and is machined to close tolerances to assure easy installation and long life.
We manufacture and offer power end parts of triplex mud pumps for our clients all over the world. Power End includes frame, pinion shaft, crankshaft, crosshead and extension rod.
1.Power end features
Continuous tooth herringbone gear. One-piece alloy steel crank. Renewable crosshead guide. The frame is made of welded steel plate to provide the frame with high strength, good rigidity and lightweight. The extension rod packing is of duplex seal structure to provide the good seal result. The power end uses the combined lubrication system of forced lubrication and splash lubrication.
2.FrameF The frame is made of welded steel plate and by stress relief treatment to obtain good rigidity and high strength. Ribbed plates are used to strengthen the place where the crankshaft bearing is fitted. The frame is furnished with the necessary oil basin and oil way system for cooling and lubricating purpose.
3.Crankshaft The crankshaft is made of cast alloy steel and is furnished with big geared ring, connecting rod and bearing. The tooth form of the big-geared ring is herringbone gear. The gear bore and the crankshaft surface is interference fitted and they are both fastened with bolts and lock nuts. The big end of the connecting rod is mounted on three eccentric straps of the crankshaft through single row short cylindrical roller bearings and the small end on the crosshead pin through double row long cylindrical roller bearing. Double row radial spherical roller bearings are mounted at both ends of the crankshaft.
4.Pinion shaft Pinion shaft is made of forged alloy steel on which a herringbone gear with the medium-hard tooth surface is machined. For easy maintenance, the single row radial long cylindrical roller bearing with inner ring (without sides) is used. Both ends of the pinion shaft extend out, so that the sheave or the sprocket can be mounted on either end.
5.Crosshead and Extension Rod The crosshead and crosshead guide are made of ASTM A48-83 meehanite cast iron featured by good abrasion resistance and long service life. Upper and lower guides are used on F-800 and F-1000 mud pumps, so that the concentricity can be adjusted by adding shims beneath the lower guide. F-500 mud pump is the cylindrical structure. Bolted flange is used at the connection between the crosshead and the extension rod. The rigid connection ensures the concentricity of the crosshead and the extension rod. The coupling is used for connecting the extension rod to the piston rod. The lightweight coupling enables the extension rod and the piston rod to connect to each other easily and reliably.
F-1000 single acting triplex mud pumps are authorized by Continental Emsco Company to manufacture in China and fully conform to Continental Emsco Company’s technical requirement. F-1000 mud pumps are rated at longer stroke length and relatively low stroke per minute. It can increase the service life of expendable parts of fluid end assembly. The fluid end assembly mainly consists of fluid end, valve assembly, liners and pistons. Fluid end is made of forged alloy steel and three fluid ends of each pump are interchangeable. The suction valve and discharge valve of F mud pump are interchangeable. Liners use Bi metal, the sleeve is made of wear resisting cast iron. Piston and piton rod are of slide fit and sealed with rubber seal rings and are fastened with lock nuts to prevent the piston from loosing. The valve seat bores have bottom shoulders. The piston and liners are spray lubricated and cooled which allow an extended service life.
