Frozen Parsley Cubes

In many parts of the world parsley is being used in salads, roasted vegetables or lamb. Additionally parsley is often used as a garnish. There are two types of parsley: curly and flat. It is proven that the flat parsley has a stronger taste.

Why use our frozen parsley cubes?

Parsley contains ingredients which cause the parsley to oxidize very rapidly. In addition fresh parsley needs to be washed very thoroughly. Our parsley cubes have an extended shelf life and are ready for use.

How do we pack our cubes?

• There are 20 cavities of 4 grams in each tray
• There are 8 trays in each 8pack
• There are four 8packs in each outer carton
• There are 126 outer cartons on each pallet
• There are 18 pallets in a 40 foot reefer container
