IGBT induction heating equipment must work with external water cooling system and cooled by DI water or soft water, which bring heat from induction heating equipment and ensure reliability of induction heating equipment.
Duolin offer two kinds of water cooling system:
1. Closed water cooling system, customer don’t need install cooling tower and built cooling tank, less place require and easy to install and operate.
2. DI water cooling system, customer must install cooling tower and built cooling tankï¼Œa few induction machines can use one bigger cooling tower and cooling tank.

GYH super frequency heating equipment has such features as high frequency (the minimum heated welding diameter is φ0.1mm), small size, light weight, low failure rate and conservation of energy (it can save the power by 70% as compared with glass-ceramic vacuum tube high frequency heating equipments). SCR I.F. power used for induction heating is a 3-phase bridge mode rectifying circuit, which rectify the 50Hz AC to DC, then invert to single phase I.F. load through filter and inverter, SCR I.F. power actually is a power transformer of AC-DC-AC. This device adopts 89C51 single chip as control core, equipping large scale integrated circuit, it regulated current and inversion greatly on the base of realizing software and hardware functions. So SCR I.F. power be used widely in the lines of smelting, I.F welder quenching, hot charging, annealing, braze welding, elbow, sintering etc.
