Dry Granulating Set (03/01/2005)
The series of dry granulating set that makes powder chemical raw material become granule product meets the requirements of customer through the procedures of air removing, pressing flakiness, processing granule and sieving powder. All parts contacted with raw material are made of stainless steel or titanium. It has good property of corrosion resistant. Applications: Isocyanuric acid chloride (including sodium isocyanurate dichloride and sodium isocyanurate trichloride) is a kind of derivative of cyanuric acid. It is a bleacher with high effect, low toxic, broad-spectrum and disinfection. This granulating set is suitable for chlorine-alkali enterprises, white carbon industry, and chemical fertilizer enterprises. Working principles: The dried powder raw material will be fed from the top of dry granulator, then enters into the flaking machine where it becomes flakes and will be made into the needed granule product through the procedures of crushing, processing granule and sieving powder. Because the shaping of raw material is through mechanical compression, it does not destroy the chemical property of raw material and decrease the effective content of product. Because the total productive process is carried out in sealed state and no impurity enters into it, the purity of product is high and no pollution to environment. The productive process is automatic. It is suitable for production in a large scale.
