Structure Features
·High efficiency: Heating plate made of special steel pipe, which features large thermal conductive area, rapid heating and cooling speed and 20% more efficient than the same kinds of products.
·Material saving: Cavity steel plate is polished smoothly. Thus, release agent can be saved during production.
·Steam saving: Machine is designed to thermal insulation. A thermal isolation cover is formed around the machine set, which can saved 20% of steam.

JHF-1 Rubber and Plastic Hydraulic Foaming Press Machine

Scope of application
For EVA,(PVC,PE,SBR) rubber material foaming and production. EVA,(PVC,PE,SBR) rubber material are widely used in shoe material manufacturing, foaming floor glue, beach shoe sole, thermal insulating material, luggage liner, sporting prevention material, diving dress material and life vest material, etc.

Structural features
·Crown, moving platform and oil cylinder seat are one piece made by quality steel ZG35. After heat treatment and destruction detective processing, Hardness of machine platform is 15% stronger than welding structure. There’s no distortional after long time production.
·Heating plate is made of top quality alloy and the performance is 60% better than Q235 material.
·Hydraulic system adopts logical circuit, which has no oil sealing device and no abrasion and leakage. Fast discharging and opening mold system.
·Adopts PLC control and text display. All functions are clearly displayed and all data can be changed conveniently.
·The cylinder piston is made of steel casting material(super hard and durable HRC68-70).
·The system has increased the precision for controlling temperature and pressure. It also has auto exhaustion function. All these improvements meet the requirements of customers for production of high quality products.

Scope of application

The fiber carding machine is with metal detector, when there are some metal pieces on the machinefs belt, the machine will stop and turn reversely, carry the metal pieces out. In this way, it can avoid the machine being damaged.

 BC1013 is the most favorable model by the customer who needs to add other material during the backrest, cushion, pillow filling process.

 BC1001-560 for carding polyester, glue-spray cotton, BC1003-B for mixing other materials, such as wool, foam pieces, feather, BC502 for filling all the material into backrest, cushion, pillow.
