XY-1AB-6 Drill Core Rig
XY-1AB-6 Drill Core Rig is a portable hydraulic rig which summarizers the merit of the drill rig in the market.
1. Range of application
(1) Used for general investigation, geophysical exploration, high-way and building construction, and blast-hole drilling etc.
(2) Diamond bits, hard metal bits and steel-shot could be selected to different layers.
(3) The drill is not easy to break because of the huge primary drill and the torque.
(4) The drilling depth which is 185m or 250m must be suitable for the final hole dia 75mm or 46mm.
      The drilling depth can not exceed its 110%. The max diameter of the initial hole is 150mm.
2. Feature of the drill
(1) With hydro-automatic feeding device, and high drilling efficiency.
(2) Designed with hydro-chucking unit instead of slips to ensure drilling from stop when changing pipes.
(3) 2-9 class clay soil and base rock can be drilled.
(4) By the pressure indicator of bottom hole, the well condition can be observed easily.
(5) Close levers, convenient to operate, safe and reliable operations.
(6) Compact in structure. All the drill, water pump and diesel engine installed on one base frame result in space-saving.
(7) Light in weight, easy disassembling for transportation and applicable to working conditions in plain and mountain areas.
