Properties:

HEDP is an organophosphoric acid corrosion inhibitor. It can chelate with Fe, Cu, and Zn ions to form stable chelating compounds. It can dissolve the oxidized materials on these metals’ surfaces. HEDP shows excellent scale and corrosion inhibition effects under temperature 250℃. HEDP has good chemical stability under high pH value, hard to be hydrolyzed, and hard to be decomposed under ordinary light and heat conditions. Its acid/alkali and chlorine oxidation tolerance are better than that of other organophosphoric acids (salt). HEDP can react with metal ions in water system to form hexa-element chelating complex, with calcium ion in particular. Therefore, HEDP has good antiscale and visible threshold effects. When built together with other water treatment chemicals, it shows good synergistic effects.

The solid state of HEDP is crystal powder, suitable for usage in winter and freezing districts. Because of its high purity, it can be used as cleaning agent in electronic fields and as additives in daily chemicals.

How to use:

For completely clogged drains:

Remove all standing water. DO NOT pour if a lot of stagnant water is still on the surface. Pour 570 grams (one bottle) of DRAIN FORCE into drain. Allow to stand for 15 minutes, then slowly run water. Its denser-than-water formula travels straight to the clog to begin working instantly. If drain is still clogged, repeat this process. Do not use hot water!

For partially clogged (slow) drains:

Pour 250-300 grams (half bottle) of DRAIN FORCE & allow to stand for 5 minutes. Repeat this procedure. Flush sev­eral times. Do not allow product to stand in porcelain fixtures as it may cause etching.

Advised to be used regularly for maintenance treatment ~ prevents repetitive drain stoppages.

EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! Use with gloves and goggles. Avoid to splash into the face and eyes as it will cause burns to the eyes. Generates heat when mixed with water. DANGER & POISON: Harmful or fatal if swallowed. Do not mix with other drain cleaners. Do not store or mix with other household chemicals.

How to use:

 

1) FLUSH: To quickly clean residual sludge and engine deposits, it is recommended to change the oil filter and add SUPER ENGINE FLUSH to about 10% of the oil capacity. Do not overfill the crankcase. Turn the engine on and let it idle for 10 to 15 minutes, then immediately drain the old oil and flush when the oil is still warm.

 

2) CHANGE PART: Remove the old oil filter and replace it with a new one. It is advisable to replace your air filter with a new one for better dirt capture, which will result in a better air flow than if using an old air filter. This will improve engine performance & will help the engine to last longer.

 

3) POUR: Fill the engine\'s crankcase with PRIMO\'s Synthetic Motor Oil of the viscosity grade recommended by your vehicle\'s manufacturer. PRIMO Synthetic Motor Oils are highly resistant to oxidation and provide exceptional detergent/dispersant properties, helping you keep your engine free of further sludge and varnish build-ups.

It is formulated spe­cially for cleaning metal from rust, concrete and water crust while forming a film coating to protect the metal against later formation of rust and preparing the metal surface for painting.

 

Directions for Use on Rusted Metal

1. Remove dust with a soft wire brush.

2. RUST BUSTER can be used with: dipping, brushing or spraying methods.

3. Let the liquid stand for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the severity of rust on the surface. Use brush if necessary.

4. Flush with warm water after cleaning. Repeat process if rust persists.

 

Directions for Use on Items Stained with Concrete

1. Apply directly to the area to be cleaned with a brush or pump-up type sprayer. THE SURFACE OF THE CONCRETE AREA TO BE CLEANED MUST BE THOROUGHLY COVERED BY RUST BUSTER.

2. Allow the liquid to remain on the concrete until the cement matrix becomes soft to touch. The minimum recommended time is 20 minutes but treated concrete may be left to react overnight. The product will continue to attack the cement matrix even after the foaming action has subsided

3. After the concrete has softened, apply an additional coat of RUST BUSTER and allow this to remain on the surface for approximately 10 minutes.

4. Remove concrete with a scraper. If additional concrete remains, subsequent applications may be necessary. The final application may be removed by power washing. Concrete buildups of 1/4” (6 mm) or more will require multiple applications.

5. If treated concrete sets overnight, apply additional RUST BUSTER the next morning to re-soften the concrete. Leave the fresh applica­tion for 10 to 15 minutes then remove the softened concrete as stated above. Clean tools and equipment with soap and water after use.
