Hermetic Automatic Door
A brand new automatic door model designed after 3 years of development by KBB Group. Able to completely cut off internal and external air circulation and noise, making it extremely suitable for hospitals, research institutions, recording studios, clean workshops and any other areas where noise or air separation is required. 
 
 
 Function: 
  1, Radiation protection processing
Hermetic door consists of door frames adoption of aluminum alloy, aluminum surface spray and a polyurethane composition. If a radiation protection function needs to be incorporated, KBB will place 2 plates of lead in the foam layer of the frame and replace the observation window with radiation protected glass, allowing KH1000 to be used in radioactive locations.
 
2, Air-tight seal
Using seal on all sides of the door leaf to fill the gaps between the door and the frame achieving a dust proof seal.
After reaching the closed position, the door leaf will move inwards and downwards an additional 5mm to ensure a closed gap between the door leaf and the frame for an airtight seal.

•Adopting a 32 bit ARM main control chip with a direct frequency of over 66M with operation speeds well exceeding normal sliding doors 8 bit chips. With electrical control using PID algorithms allowing the door to move smoother and safer, realizing more convenient debugging and hand writing functions along with easier upgrading.

•Adopting a power handle for manual operation. With the assistance of opening springs and a pulling force of under 150N, the door can be opened with ease.

•Special rubber compound closing seal. Due to ingenious design, the soft and supple seal has excellent temperature handling abilities for excellent durability.

•Various protection devices and guards to allow complete customer peace of mind

1, Using function:
Continuous motion mode
At times when no one is passing through the door, the door will maintain low speed revolutions: when someone passes through the door, the door will rotate at running speed for one revolution.
Stop motion mode
At times when no one is passing through the door, the door will stop motion: when someone passes through the door, the door will return to normal operation.
 
2, Safety function:
(1) Instant reaction and anti-squeeze function: Thanks to the advanced torque system, its no longer need to equip safety sensors on the door. When the resistance reach 100N.M, The door will stop automatically and without any hurt to the pedestrian.
(2) Night security door function:
Closing the night security door outside to lock up the door entirely, its very convenient.

3, Optional function:
(1).Emergency stop function
During an emergency, simply press down the emergency stop button and the door will instantly stop all motion.
(2). Wheelchair access function
Before entering the door, simply press the wheelchair button and the door will slow to minimum speed for 1 revelation, allowing convenient access.

1, Unique application of Clef door clamps
Designed to counter the uneven clamping power of the traditional right angle door clamps. 2, Electronic anti-collision light screen system
KBB new diamond star revolving doors anti-collision light screen system uses a non-contact trigger method. If anyone or anything is in the revolving doors field of motion, the light screen will detect the danger and automatically stop the doors motion. This all new non-contact design completely eliminates all detection blind spots thus ensuring full pedestrian safety.
 
3, Safety glass
Toughened glass: With warping resistance at 3-5 times higher than normal glass and crack resistance at 5-10 times higher than normal glass, the toughened glass will not present any sharp chips when shattered preventing pedestrian injury.
Laminated glass: In cases where the glass is smashed, the inner film layer will maintain shape and prevent the splash of glass acting as a good safety protection function.

3. Safety precautions:

If the operating sliding door hit barrier, the reverse sliding systems will start-up automatically.

Choosing the safety beam(photocell) system could make the door to operate more safety.

Choosing the (KBB) UPS advanced battery system could ensure the door to operate continuously for 30 minutes under power failure conditions.

Choosing the durable electro-mechanical lock system could ensure the door to be locked more safely.

4. Everlasting design:

Tested up to 3,000,000 times on non-failure test.

The high/low temperature test (100kg): at 70 degree keep operating for 3 days, and at -25 degree auto start-up.
