WOODMASTER make inverted pin router is a must for any wood working workshop. It can be used for making a wide range wood working products for internal and outer routing of wood. It can also be used for manufacturing modular furniture products such as kitchen wooden shutters, making profiles for post forming and making profiles for vacuum forming. Different profiles can be made easily by changing the tools.

The machine is very simple in construction & operation, the body is fabricated of sheet metal & the table is of cast iron of 750 900mm. The motor power installed is of 3 hp. The machine is having two speeds 9000 rpm & 18000rpm at spindle. The throat width is 720mm. The main spindle is precisely machined on CNC machine and is air cooled. The collect of 6, 8, 10, 12, 16mm can be easily inserted in the spindle. The up & down movement of spindle is 50 mm, with help of pneumatic cylinder, which is controlled by a foot pedal supplied with the machine. The table can be raised or lowered manually to adjust the job.

The machine comes fitted with electrical motor and MCB, only you have to provide electrical supply of 440 Volts, 50 Hz. Alternate voltages can be supplied on request. The FRL comes fitted on the machine; only pneumatic connection with continuous 8 bar pressure is to be provided to the machine.

Vertical Spindle moulder NS – 187A is the simplest model, with spindle in the centre of 30mm. The machine is of fabricated sheet metal frame having a cast iron top plate of 48” X 30”. The rise and fall movement of spindle is 100mm approx. 4inches. The machine is provided with a dust collector hood. 

It is the most vital machine for furniture, kitchen shutters, wooden shutters, moulding on round or semi round jobs and for making profile for post forming tops.

WOODMASTER Post Forming machines are developed for producing a wide range of modular furniture products such as kitchen cabinet tops, cabinets, doors, worktops, front panels tops for tables, desks drawers units, wardrobes shelves & side panels.

WOODMASTER Post forming machine is very easy to set up and operate and can be easily adjusted for different profiles and sizes. In it work piece is held by pneumatic pressure. Glue is applied to the work piece and laminate either manually or with the help of a spray gun. After applying the glue and holding the work piece at a proper place the forming bar of the machine with seven pneumatic cylinders and an electric heater laminate sheets are bend around on a profiled work piece at required pressure. WOODMASTER Post Forming stops and goes movements insure proper bonding of laminate with the work piece. The stop and go movement time can be easily adjusted for different laminates. Provisions are provided for in between stop for bull-nose and quarter round work pieces and time of stop can be adjusted according to laminate for proper bond. Digital temp controller is provided to ensure automatic cutoff of temp at a specified temperature. After completion of the process the forming cylinder and the forming bar return to their starting position automatically in PLC controled model of WOODMASTER POST FORMING MACHINE.
