Vibrating Feeder Working Principle:
When Vibrating Feeder begins work, the electric motor will drive the main drive shaft through the vee belt, the gears on the main driving shaft catch the driven shaft to make the driven shaft rotate. Vibrating Screen Working Principle:
Vibrating Screen is mainly compose of screening box, vibrator, bearing device. When the screen begins work, the electric motor drives the vibrator, eccentric block rotate in a high speed and produce powerful centrifugal force through the couping. Thus, the screen deck stirs in circle and the materials on the screen deck will loose and rise from the screen deck. The small particles fall down and get discharged through the sieve mesh. While, the particles blocked in the meshes shall be shook off. In addition to being screening, the materials will move forward.          ;

Twin Motor Vibrating Feeders are designed to convey product by creating a linear straightline motion. Two counter-rotating motors provide the linear action required.

As the AC motors counter-rotate, the side forces cancel out and the linear forces are combined. With the motors properly attached and located on a rigidized trough suitable for the forces being exerted, and also suspended on isolation springs, the conveyance action is quiet and positive. No belts are required. The synchronized motors provide a semi-balanced design which eliminates the uncontrolled bouncing at shut down.
