Specifications: Ttr-04.1 tripod turnstile new! This model has the control unit board, placed inside the turnstile housing. The turnstile is powered from the stabilized power supply unit 12v DC, while to secure the off-line operation of the turnstile (an uninterruptible power supply is required). The power unit, remote control panel and turnstile acs control cable are connected directly to the terminal block placed inside the turnstile housing. Fire alarm control input allows to unblock the turnstile at fire alarm signal or from the emergency unblocking button. Ttr-04.1 tripod turnstile has outputs for connection of the remote indicators for passage direction indication, intrusion detector sensors and siren. Galvanic decoupling of outputs ensures noise immunity of the turnstile electronics. Two variants of the turnstile control (pulse and potential) secure the turnstile operation with acs of other manufacturers and allow to use lock controllers for turnstile direct control. SGC/SSC Series Tripod Type Scraper Bottom-Unloading Sedimentation Centrifuge (04/11/2006)
Structure and operational principle: SGC series centrifuge is a kind of sedimentation equipment which adopts tripod type, scraper bottom unloading and interval operation. The rotary drum has no holes. Under the function of centrifugal force, the heavier solid deposits on the rotary drum wall and form a layer of dregs. The lighter material forms a liquid ring of internal layer. The transparent liquid of the internal layer can over flow out of the rotary drum. It can also be flows out of the rotary drum through the pipe. The solid can be scraped after the drum runs at low speed and it is discharged from the bottom of the machine. It is suitable for separating the suspension whose grain is fine. The viscosity is high and the thickness is low. The filtering medium recycling is difficult and the specific gravity of the solid is larger than the one of the liquid. It is widely used in chemical, light industry, food, pharmacy, metallurgy and other trades. Our company launched our second line of intelligent barriers recently. These barriers possessed four technological innovations: 1) Nerve induction / intelligent clutch: clutch unit can be operated manually during power outage 2) Bi-directional blocking 3) Fortified design allows for longer poles 4) Improved appearance Seven national patents: 1) Decelerating unit 2) Intelligent detection unit 3) Clutch 4) Machine core structure 5) Box with unique surface 6) Pole with unique surface 7) Nerve induction clutch unit Wejoin barriers are at the leading edge technologically. Ours were the first intelligent barriers with manually operable clutch units. In case of a power failure, just gently open the clutch unit to allow manual pole lifting. The microcomputer control is adopted for a smart limit unit, requiring no limit switch. When the pole rises to vertical it will automatically detect the signal and stop running. Our barriers utilize a special process to effect internal movement. The unique mechanical construction with electronic high technology allows for free movement of the pole. Security: 1) Intelligent obstacle return unit: in case of any obstacle during the pole falling process, the pole will reverse 2) Intelligent infrared photocell unit prevents collisions: if the infrared signal is interrupted, the pole will reverse if falling 3) Two indicator lights can be connected (220V R&G): a) Red light indicates pole movement b) Green light indicates no pole movement Convenience: 1) The internal controller is easy to remove, dispose of and maintain.
