With so many products of TPMS, here is a reminder of what we offer. We have a new after-market solution for automatic tire pressure monitoring. It is an answer for many people who will become aware of the danger of under-inflated tires. Our product stands out from other tire monitoring systems in these ways: 1) We monitor the pressure directly, not by distance from the ground, temperature, or some other predictive scheme 2) Our light-weight sensor/transmitter is attached and locked onto the valve stem with a special key, proven reliable at ultra high speeds and fully sealed against weather and sloppy road conditions 3) The sensors transmit wirelessly to a panel or portable display 4) We do not require anything to be installed inside the tire (not only a hassle, but just try transmitting through the wire web in tires) 5) We use a reliable aerospace-developed membrane to trigger a visual and audible alarm when pressure drops below a threshold, set at the factory at 28PSI for passenger cars but can be specified by customers when ordered 6) We do not try to transmit actual pressure readings which require expensive transducers and frequent calibration 7) We can handle cars, RVs, trucks and trailers with coded signals that enable tires without cross talk, even with fleets parked together 8) Button batteries in the sensors last about 3 years, as they are not used unless the pressure threshold is crossed; the panel monitor will indicate when batteries need replacing on a particular tire 9) Our system was tested in a group of six systems by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and we had the fastest response time, tied for the best accuracy, and was the only one that worked for higher pressure truck tires (20 to 130PSI) 10) Our product consists of 4-20 anti-theft pressure sensors attached to each valve stem to continuously monitor tire pressure and transmit coded signal to the dash instrument when a loss of tire pressure is detected; a warning light and audible alarm on the dash display instrument shows which tire is losing pressure before the tire is damaged or becomes unsafe to drive on 11) Its anti-theft wheel sensors incorporate a pressure sensor and a microchip RF transmitter powered by 2 standard 3V li batteries, and are preset to customer's individual tire pressure requirements Advantages: 1) High precision and fast response time 2) Real-time monitoring whenever the vehicle is moving or not 3) The pressure alarm threshold value is adjustable 4) The battery works only when the pressure is under preset level 5) Effective transmitting distance: >100 feet 6) Good for vacuum tire or wheel with inner tire 7) First patented TPMS product in the world Models available: 1) TPM-04A: 4-wheel passenger cars 2) TPM06B: 6-wheel truck and buses 3) TPM18B: 18-wheel RV, truck and trailers Secutire Other Price Terms: FOB Certification(s): CMA, CAL, CNAL, FCCSupply Ability: 1,000,000 sets/year
