Scope of Application
1.Suitable for compounding long-distance transportation pump concrete.
2.Suitable for compounding normal concrete,high-performance concrete,high-strength concrete and ultra-high strength concrete.
3.Suitable for compounding high durable concrete which has impermeability,high ability of keeping collapse and frost-resistance.
4.Suitable for compounding high-performance and high flowing concrete,self-leveling concrete,fair-faced concrete and SCC(self compact concrete).
5.Suitable for compounding concrete which has high dosage of coal ash and mineral powder.
 
Usage
1.The blend dosage (by weight) is 0.4%-1% of the gelled material.
2.In order to fix the best blend dosage, trial mix according to the requirements of construction is recommended.
3.This product can’t be compounded with naphthalene type water reducer. Compatibility test should be done previously when using together with other kind of admixture.
4.Measure accurately. Avoid repeat mix, missing mix and error.
5.Mud content of sand,stone and quality variety of admixtures has great effect on water reduction.So standard aggregate and admixtures are recommended.

NSF full name is Sodium Naphthalene Sulfonate formaldehyde condensate. Its high purity makes cement paticles with high dispersancy, low foaming, high range water reducing and obvious strengthening so that we can get advantages of accelerating project mould turnover and construction speed, and also saving cement, improving cement mobility and workability.

 

Chemical Compositions:

Type A/05:

Appearance: yellow beige

Water content: 8% max.

PH   Value (10g/L): 8+/- 1

Chloride: 0.4% max.

Na2SO4: 5.0% max.

Type B/10 (Na2SO4: 10.0% max.) &

Type C/20 (Na2SO4: 20.0% max.)

 

Technical features & adaptability:

Mixing amount: 0.5-1.0% of cementing materials, reducing rate: 20-30%
