We have two kind collectors which use evacuated heat pipe tube or transition heat pipe tube.
Each solar collector includes : manifold, tubes, nylon feet holder, rubber sealing ring, bottom track and side track, joint bellow pipe using for connection. The manifold box is sealed in a weather resistant metal cover. There is a thick polyurethane foam jacket or rock wool to keep warm. The copper inlet and outlet pipe has 22 mm diameter.

Pressurized Solar Water Heater Pressurized solar water heater utilizes high absorption rate and low projection rate coating of vacuum tube, and it changes solar radiation into heat energy. Meanwhile, the copper pipe inside the vacuum tube could quickly transfer the heat into the water tank. Eventually it leads to gradually increase the water temperature in the whole water tank. Vacuum tube could work as long as it has sun radiation.
Pressurized solar water heater characteristics:Heat pipe has the functions of? one-way heat transfer, small thermal capacity, low start-up temperature.Heat pipe could resist low temperature, even in the low temperature condition it will not be broken.For inner tank, we adopt high frequent melting technology. The Principle of ThermosyphonMetal Heat Pipe Solar Collector consists of a vacuum tube, a heat pipe, a metal heat absorption wing and the connecting manifold. The metal heat absorption wing with selective absorption coating converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers it medium liquid inside. The vacuum between the two glass tubes works as insulation. The liquid in the heat pipe changes into vapor which rises to the condenser. When passing through the heat exchanger, the heat is absorbed and the temperature is lowed, and the vapor becomes liquid, returns to the base of the heat pipe. This transference of heat is a continuous circulation as long as the collector is heated by the sun.

The separate pressurized solar water heater system is made up of solar collector, pressurized water tank, working station, expansion tank, stainless steel frame and whole kit of stainless steel fasteners. 1. The water tank includes two heat exchange coil inside and a 1500 electrical heater as a backup heater. 2. The working station includes circulation pump, intelligent controller with sensors, setting online (flux controller), pressure meter, pressure release valve, one-way valve, ball valve, copper pipes, insulation shell. Working principle 1) When the temperature of the heat collector reaches the set value, the controller will make shall the circulation pump work automatically. 2) The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically. 3) The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by the heat exchanger in the tank. 4) In case the temperature of the circulation pump does not reach the set value, the circulation pump will be shut automatically. 5) In case the temperature of the tank does not reach Tm ax, then start the auxiliary heating device.
