Of course the parties are protected by a non circumvention non disclosure agreement in the first stage. Once we agree to the above, then we discuss the quantities. In order to work with aramco and in order for us to move forward, what we need is: Full corp. Info on the end buyer, company name address, signatory name and a brief history on the company's buying history. For primary contracts, we need to know if the buyer has an aramco number. We also need them to confirm that upon the issuance of the fco, they will supply all the required info in the form of an icpo, which includes, but is not limited to info on the refineries the slco will be shipped to: Refinery name, refinery number, refinery capacity, and refinery storage capacity. If the icpo is accepted at the ttm that would be set-up, the end buyer would have to show proof that they are either a mandate to the refinery or they have written permission to ship to the refineries. Secondary contracts. As for a secondary contract that is for companies that have an armco number. We would need the same information as above and then after confirming the company is a serious buyer, we would issue the fco.
