Specifications:
CHEMTOOL CHEMTEMP SHT-2 is a non-melt, extreme high temperature lubricating grease formulated with high quality synthetic ester base oil, fortified with special polymer and proprietary solid lubricant, all in an inorganic thickener system.
AdDVANTAGES:
(1) CHEMTEMP SHT-2 is resistance to softening(ie. Retaining its consistency) at high temperatures, and it will not bleed. Synthetic ester base oil withstands high temperatures and provides outstanding thermal and oxidative stability.
(2) Special polymers additives allow CHEMTEMP SHT-2 to stay in place. CHEMTEMP SHT-2 contains a major base fluid with high viscosity for good load carrying capability and it is fortified with CHEMTOOL proprietary solid lubricants.
(3) CHEMTEMP SHT-2 has excellent shelf life as compare to conventional greases. This product is specially treated so that it contains no solvents or unpleasant odor.
(4) CHEMTEMP SHT-2 is recommended for medium-to-large, low-speed bearings at consistence high temperature applications with frequent re-lubrication for the best result.
APPLICATIONS:
(1) Use CHEMTEMP SHT-2 in rolling and strip mills, Banburry mixers, jaw crushers, kiln cars, drying ovens, steel mills, aluminum extrusion, glass manufacturing and cement plants where conventional soap-thickened greases having problem with high temperature applications.

CHEMTEMP SHT-2 is available in 400 grams cartridges (one carton consists of 10 cartridges),16kg pails and 181kg drums.
CHEMTEMP SHT-2 is also available with molybdenum disulfide version for extra dry-film lubrication protection.
