Specifications: Purified human rabies vaccine Introduction Purified human rabies vaccine is a safe and effective preparation, used in immunoprophylaxis the rabies. This vaccine is prepared from the primary kidney cell-line of gopher in cell culture. The rabies virus line, ag, is vaccinated into the culturing cells, and collected from the culture medium, add the formaldehyde in the collection to inactive and concentrate, after purification through chromatography column, add in aluminum hydroxide. The vaccine is colorless liquid, with a little turbid. Long term depositing can cause precipitation, which can be dispersed by shaking. It contents merthiolate as antiseptic Subject It is advisable to immunize with this rabies vaccine all the persons bite by dog or other infected by rabies virus. Clean the laceration immediately and inject this vaccine in time. Immunizations and dosage The first dose of vaccine in injecting should be given after biting immediately(the first day); the following dose of vaccines should be given at the 4th,7th,14th and the 30th day. Each dose is packed in one ampoule(1ml). Children with the same dosage. Critical patient should obey this immunotherapy, too. Furthermore, they should be double-immunized at the first and the 4th day, and combine with the anti-rabies serum(40iu/kg) or the anti-rabies igg(20iu/kg) the first day, they also have to be injected with 2 or 3 booster doses, at the 16th,75th or the 10th,20th,90th day. Specifications: Rabivac vet. (Rabies Veterinary Vaccine) Rabivac Vet. is recommended for immunization of dogs and other domestic animals against rabies for prophylactic and post-bite therapy. COMPOSITION: Rabivac Vet. Vaccine contains inactivated rabies antigen with a potency > 2.5 I.U. per dose. The virus is propagated in BHK-21 Cell line, inactivated with an aziridine compound and concentrated. Aluminium hydroxide gel is added as an adjuvant. ADMINISTRATION: 1ml.
