One of my trusted associates happens to be one step away from a large oil/petroleum supplier who has proven to me he can supply oil in any available amount, through both a D&B report on the company and an official response (DCO) on a Mazut M-100 GOST deal. They also supply HMS and Used Rail. I have all the confidence that they can supply the required amount for you, as they draw resources from 9 separate sources. Instructions are as follows- Step 1: I. End Buyer / Broker to provide Corporate Letter of Inquiry or ICPO. AH will provide a DCO (Draft Corporate Offer) in return. If DCO is accepted, the End Buyer to issue an ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) and attach their evidence of POF (Proof of Funds). II For Proof of Funds Evidence ?the following are acceptable: 1. Bank Comfort/Capability Letter or Soft Probe or prior Bill of Lading, which establishes that they are the end buyer OR 1. Corporate profile and 2. Audited financial statements for the last 3 years or annual reports 3. Permit / License to import such commodities or 4. Proof of capability to complete transaction: a. Last transaction bill b. Last transaction shipment certificate c. Last transneft evidence d. Trading certificate Step 2: Contract and Verification (Seller will do step 2) Once the POF has been verified successfully, the buyer will be provided with an FCO (Full Corporate Offer).
