The DZSK will not activate the speed controller if the automobile is driven u the limited speed, and it will run at the normal speed as usual. When the automobile is driven up to the already set speed value or switch value, the MSC will activate the IMH to close the throttle pedal immediately; therefore, the car cannot accelerate but only run inertially to control the speed.
