Evaporative Cooling
-is a system of Converting Water into Vapor by passing thru a gust of wind and Cooling down a certain area on its path, ideal for hot weather conditions.
Three (3) Major Components:
A. Exhaust Fan
A1. TAVSAN Stainless Steel Box Fan
Up to 20, 000 CFM for 50” Fan High Velocity / High Efficiency Box Fan
Body size: 54” x 54” Galvanized
Belt Driven 1.0 HP Motor 220V 60Hz single or 3-phase
Equipped with Six (6) Stainless Steel Blades
Automatic Centrifugal System where shutter is being opened
when the fan starts working.
Shutters are made of Aluminum material
For Safety Regulations; A Front Grill is placed in front of the blades
A2. ATK FIBERGLASS CONE FAN
48" Blade Diameter, Made of Cast Aluminum Alloy and with Php 76, 600.00
Maintainance Free-belt (link belt)
1HP, Three (3) Phase, 220V, 60 Hz Motor
Capacity: 24, 000 CFM
B. Evaporative Cooling Pads (CeLPad)
Made of Special Cellulose Paper impregnated with insoluble Chemical compounds
Preserves its long-working life and Provides Optimum Cooling Effect.
Easy to Clean with proper water bleed-off and regular brushing
Acts as a Natural Filter that Purifies inlet Air
Size : 6’ x 1’ x 6”
Large Surface Area enables an optimum cooling and humidification effect from evaporation.
C. TEMPTRON 607 Environment Control System
Latest and the Most Advanced Control System
Five-Stage Temp Control Unit with Two (2) Temp Sensors
Two (2) Other Important Features normally not found in other Control Systems:
A. Over-Riding Function on Stage One (1) if the Temperature goes below the preset Temp. This prevents all Fans from turning Off
B. The Submersible Pump for the CeLPads can also be put on Timer-Mode so as to avoid Adding too much Moisture inside if it runs continuously
User-friendly and can Adapt to all Management Programs.
