DPENGINEERSpocket type filters are, high dust holding capacity filters with long service life to provide an economic solution to high efficiency air filtration in commercial hvac applications. Pocket type filters are designed for use in air handling units and air conditioning systems which have separate pre-filters or where multi-layer type bag filters are not suitable.

These are extended surface dry type filters that offer high efficiency, low resistance and high dust holding capacity.
High grade synthetic filter media is stitched to make pockets. These pockets are welded at the edges into a rigid, aerodynamic shape. Rigid pockets ensures that the dust cake is not disturbed during fan shut down, therefore there is no loss of pressure drop and efficiency when the fan starts up again. Special spot welded spacers ensure full media utilization.
Particulate efficiency: 20, 10, 5, 3 and 0. 3 micron nominal rating is available.
Application: Air handling units (ahu), air conditioning and pre filtration, ventilation and allied industries.
Media: Glass fibre and synthetic non woven
our organization offers a wide range of bag filter, which is manufactured using non woven filter media. This media is thermal bonded, fire retardant and progressively structured with clean air side that ensures the retention of solid particles up to stipulated micron rating. Furthermore, the filter is covered with the sustaining layer of spun bonded media and these pockets are fabricated in galvanized iron casing m. S powder coated. The filter media is sealed with thermal bonding or stitching as per the requirement of the client.
