Scope
Saybolt colorimeter for measuring refined petroleum products, including a set of matching samples and equipped with optical indicator of standard tube. In the same light source sample with standard color comparison. Reduce the liquid column height of the sample until the sample was significantly lighter than the standard palette of colors, and use the chart on the instrument to convert Saybolt color of height. Three standard color glass on - position color standard pipe may conveniently be replaced swatches.
After paraffin Saybolt colorimeter is equipped with a heater for the determination of paraffin, during the test, it is not flowing like melted wax. Sample tube has a 200W chrome steel strip heater, with a hinged lid to maintain the heat evenly. Aluminum heater with a 50W fuel element is kept molten wax-like state. Affiliated variable transformer can be used to regulate the temperature of the sample. Optical observation instrument and shelves are fully insulated with a heater. Test tube assembly with a heat-resistant fiber handle.

After receiving NH310/NH300, you have to perform white and black calibration manually when first starting.
2. In which condition, manual white and black calibration and auto calibration are required for NH310? a. It’s needed to perform manual calibration for NH310 when first starting. b. In the subsequent starting, NH310 will perform auto calibration at startup. No need to perform manual calibration. c. Suggestion: it’s best to perform manual calibration once a week or when NH310 measured data is not accurate.

Microprocessor Photo Colorimeter – 1312 is a compact and easy to operate instrument for Photo Colorimeter analysis of any concentration. The output is available on a 16 x 2 line alphanumeric backlit LCD display in terms of %Transmission (%T), Absorbance (Abs.), Concentration (Conc.), and KFactor. This instrument has 100 sample storage memory and printer output facility for printing data with any dot matrix printer. The use of microcontroller has made it extremely versatile and accurate instrument. 10 mm pathlength matched test tubes are used for sample and blank. Facility has been provided to store the last KFactor and the standard concentration value. User can also enter any known ‘Factor’ for a test, thereby eliminating the need to re-run the standards again and again
The use of high class standard wide range glass filters covering 400 to 700 nm give extremely good results. The filter setting is controlled by a rotating disc having 8 filters. An automatic shutter is provided to stop the light reaching the photocell, when test tube is not inserted in the tube holder. This increases the life of photocell tremendously.
Microprocessor Colony Counter is a solid state microcontroller based instrument designed for quick and accurate counting of bacterial & mould colonies in petri dishes. The instrument uses the latest microprocessor technology and advanced engineering techniques so as to give enhanced accuracy and reproducibility.
The system has 6 soft touch membrane type keys for ease of operation. It has a \'Reset\' key to reset the digital count. Any unwanted count can be removed by pressing the \'Correct\' key. A built-in averaging facility allows the calculation of average colony counts using multiple dishes. It has the storage facility for 100 result-counts which are retained in the memory even when the instrument is switched off. A \'Recall\' key is provided to retrieve the stored result colony counts from the instrument memory.
Optimum viewing of colonies is aided by peripheral glare free illumination graticuled disc provided in the instrument. The magnifier magnifies the colony area. This is an indispensable tool for the microbiologist.
