Products design can be according to customers' samples or drawings. With advanced CAD/CAM/CAE systems, such as Pro-Engineer, Solid works, UG, Cimatron,&a mp;a mp;n bsp;MoldFlow, AutoCAD and PowerMill etc. The drawings can be finished in 2-4 days and are sent to customers for checking before tooling.
Our tool factory are able to build moulds ranging from small to large size; from single cavity and prototype molds to multi cavity and fa mily molds. Below is our tooling capability:

We can manufacture components that have tolerances of +/-.0005 or better.

We deliver optimum quality moulding across your entire production run as standard. Quality control checks will take place to ensure you get the& ; ;nbs p;exact spec on the mouldings you have ordered. Additional second operation quality checks can also be implemented where fast machine cycle times and&a mp;a mp;n bsp;multiple impression tools mean in-cycle checks are not viable.
Finishing / Packing
If required, we can take care of any finishing / packing that you reqiure. We regularly supply packaging for injection moulded products which we assemble, pack and palletise at the time of production. This can be massively cost effective with mouldings being packed and palletised with in the machine cycle ready.
