Our tool factory are able to build moulds ranging from small to large size; from single cavity and prototype molds to multi cavity and fa mily molds. Below is our tooling capability:

Maximum mold size until now: 2500mm X 2000mm X1500mm;
Maximum mold weight: 20 ton; 
Mould machining precision: 0.01mm; 
We can manufacture components that have tolerances of +/-.0005 or better. 
Product positioning: high precision molds and custom injection molding for healthcare and high-grade appearance parts.|
Our monthly production capacity of molds: 120 sets. 


We are dedicated to mold tooling for:
-medical components which of high precision requirements
-multi material/color parts requiring multi-shot molding or insert molding
-miniature and micro parts with extremely close tolerances

Finishing / Packing

1. We can do based on your 2D/3D drawings or original samples
2. We have 23 engineers responsible for parts design and tooling, drawings can be sent to you with 2-3 days.
3. When advance payment received and drawings confirm, we start molds tooling
4. Normally 35 days later, we do mold test, check samples and improve molds
5. T1 mold test samples will be sent to customer
6. Customer confirm samples, if prepare molds shipment or do mass production of plastic parts
