An absolutely well made Absinthe Verte from the Val-de-Travers, produced for the Galerie GrГјner Engel located in Heidelberg. Base is the recipe of the AngГ©lique made by Claude-Alain Bugnon but the taste is more powerful.

Distilled Absinthe, a part of 12,5% is colored with plants from the Vallon.
